We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western location, the beach front was wonderful and clean. Our room needed a microwave but overall it was good. There was one young man at breakfast who was wonderful! He was so sweet, attentive, great with kids, and did his job with a smile.

The hotel was very nice and convenient to all the restaurants and close to the shuttle. The room was clean. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. They were well chlorinated. The view by the courtyard was amazing. Breakfast was adequate. They had eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, ham, yogurt etc. The room entrances were outside. This made it hard to go to the pool or hot tub. You have to change over there in the pool area. That is the only thing I did not like about this hotel.

When I came in, person at front desk was ok, but not super friendly.As I was headed to my room, other staff were helpful in how to use the ramp, so I would not have to lug my suitcase down the stairs. Room was clean. However, there was a little mouse on my deck. I would not stay on the ground floor again.When I left, person at front desk was super friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. We had a beautiful view over the lake and the sunrise. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel looked old, but the room appeared to be well maintained. The only downside was the breakfast, not very appetizing.

Room was clean except for refrigerator, and a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door.Outside needs updating and a good painting but we have stayed there every year for the last 5 years. And will be back next year. We were given the room area we requested. Desk people were really helpful and friendly.

One shortcoming in my view. They lock the door to the breakfast room until the last minute leaving the guest outside in the frosty cold breeze. Very inconsidate.

The view on the lake was great from our room. Front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but are outdated. The breakfast was disappointing. We arrived shortly after 7am in hopes of having something to eat before going to the island. Eggs appeared to be powdered eggs, pancakes werent warm, ham was like a piece of lunch meat (not warm either). Many guests agreed with us and just grabbed a coffee and a granola bar. There is a restaurant across street you get a discount at that has a breakfast buffet. We ended up going down street to Starbucks and getting a sandwich there.

Convenient location. Room was well stocked with thick towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved our balcony overlooking lakeshore. It was fall but we still liked that there was a beach where we could play right outside our room.
