Great breakfast! Waffles were a favorite for everyone! Had a double queen room on the water...room was small but clean. Other downfall was that the hotel hallways were outside. Had to walk outside to breakfast, pool, front desk, etc...Hotel is in my eyes, the BEST location to walk to town. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Plus Dockside Waterfront. Our room was clean,comfortable and reasonable. The continental breakfast was very good. The water in the pool was very cold and there was a large game room with only 3 games in it, and one was out of order, but other than that, we were very pleased and would stay again!

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was good. Beach chairs nice for any time of day/night. Staff smiled occassionally. Price very high. My family and I are regulars and are quite often moved to a different hotel in the winter. Would give 5 stars if the check-in staff seemed like they cared and if there were some type of price concessions for frequent visitors to Best Western Plus Dockside.

We loved the location of the hotel and the facilities. We had requested a room with a balcony but instead were given a room on the ground level. It did have a "patio" but people outside could see right into our room. The room also had a musty smell which made it difficult for me to sleep. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine.

We enjoyed the accomodations very much. Our only complaint was with the breakfast bar -- it was not physically arranged in a logical way, so there was a very long line for the buffet, when there really didn't need to be. Just a little rearranging of the order of the foor and moving the do-it-yourself waffle machine to one side would have made it much more efficient.
