The staff was very nice everyone we met was very very accommodating. We were there for three nights we never needed anyone to take care of our room. But when we walked in the hallway we were always asked if we needed anything. The only problem was the steps a lot of steps. And my husband is on a cane so its kind of challenging for us. Exterior could use some heavy duty cleaning. Updating in general.

It was a very clean room. All the amenities were good. We stayed 4 nights and they didn't clean the room. After the 3rd night it would have been nice to have it cleaned. It was still a very good place to stay and the beach was great. I would recommend it

Large Room, clean, beautiful view. Loved having an elevator to our third floor room even though it had an outside entrance. Friendly helpful staff. Very close to Star Line Ferry ... easy walk. Things I think could be improved would be...repairs to the bathroom are needed (peeling wallpaper and some mold). Also would prefer to have a better breakfast rather than just the grab and go option. The rate was very competitive for the area and what we had as far as comfort and location, we appreciate the opportunity to review the hotel. Even with the improvements needed I would recommend the hotel to others and I would definitely stay there again myself.

The hotel is great. Clean, big beach. The only drawback is the elevator issue. You can get to the 3rd floor but then to get to certain rooms you need to navigate a couple stairs. Not a big issue but unexpected. Breakfast is nice. Room was very clean and roomy.

The hotel is in a perfect setting and location. Our beachfront room had stunning views of the water and the ferries coming and going. However the decor and furnishings are due for a refresh. They seem old and worn. The jacuzzi in the room was unnecessary.

The front desk staff were great in registering us early and getting us on our way for our day. She even remembered us when we arrived later in the day and got our room keys right away. The room was clean and comfortable. Four stars because of peeling wallpaper and no USB ports readily available.
