I must say The front desk Clark was quite pleasant. Always had a smile on her face. Willing to answer any questions and give proper information when asking questions. Mis Fifi was quite a pleasant person to meet. The kitchen staff themselves was also pleasant. The house keeping staff say hello with a smile and ask if every think was Okey.. It's a place i will stay at in the future..

The Hamilton Inn far exceeded our expectations. The room on the lakefront was very enjoyable for both me and my husband. The front desk personnel were always helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night/6 day stay there and have recommended it to friends who will be visiting there next year on our recommendation. Wonderful memories of our stay.

Really enjoyed the room and the ability to be on the beach. Having a balcony was great and so soothing. Was a wee chilly in late October but we bundled up and enjoyed the solace. Parking was great. We were close to the door and easy in and out. Breakfast was a madhouse with the run on the island so we opted for the bogo breakfast at Toast a gogo. Appreciate the businesses working together to get discounts for each other. Totally loved that we were in walking distance to the Mackinaw Ferry dock.

Front desk staff was very courteous and informative. our room was clean and comfortable. the only issue I saw was that the hot tub was not performing like it should.. it was hot but the Jets weren't really working that well

The room was very nice and the staff was exceptional. It is located in a wonderful spot. It is very clean and everything is convenient to get to. If I had to say anything negative it would be the hours for breakfast are too short and not what's listed online.

The room was clean & we enjoyed our short stay. We were on the ground floor so all was good but with breakfast on the third floor it was an issue as the elevator was not useable. The breakfast was ok but not the best in our opinion. Would have been nice to have had an egg option but there were two pans of mini pancakes instead of eggs in one.The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. Very friendly & helpful. The grounds were beautiful & the price was right for our stay.

Check in went well. Room is adequate to my needs. A few light issues I noticed, but nothing major. Don't expect a squeaky, clean room. Have not tried the breakfast bar, since reopening. Stay multiple times a year here.

We appreciated being offered a hot breakfast in the morning and the special internet rate made our stay affordable. The lake view was incredible! The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff and the wait staff at the breakfast restaurant across the street was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel rate was affordable. The rooms could use updating - carpet removed and replaced by different flooring, bathroom could use updating (counter very low, sink and shower updated, etc.). There was not soap in the bathroom. But the location was fantastic for taking the ferry over to the island and the view of the lake was incredible.

Its an older hotel, so probably needs a little updating, but we had a nice stay! We booked our rooms and Sheplers Ferry tickets in our package! Our room was cozy and we loved having the private deck to look out on the Beautiful water! We were offered a free shuttle to Sheplers and decided to walk. Not that far! We had complimentary breakfast each morning! No eggs or sausage, but lots of other things to choose from! We were also given a 10% off from Hooks Grill, not far away! It didnt amount to much, but whatever! Our food was great the first time and service. Another night we ate there, not so hot! They were busy, but we had a very rude waiter and the amount of food and bread was way smaller, and not as good! However, Id give it another try if I ever get back there. All in all our stay was good and we enjoyed it!

The hotel stay was very nice, staff was helpful (including Fifi), room was quiet, balcony view of lake was beautiful, jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom toilet space was small and a little cramped. I would come back and suggest this hotel to my friends and family!
