Persons employed by the hotel were ALL friendly and VERY helpful!!! Brianna and Kinsey were favorites as well as the lady who prepared our room (#341). Hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shops. Our room had been tastefully renovated and was large.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This hotel was very knowledgeable about events, ferry, restaurants near by, etc to make the stay the best possible experience. They even provided several coupons for local restaurants. The hotel was clean, the lakeside view was incredible, and I will most definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area. The indoor pool and spa were spacious and had plenty of seating. The best part about this stay was the staff.

The hotel was VERY clean and seemed to be well staffed, everyone we spoke with was accommodating and courteous. The only thing I would say could be addressed is this: First the pool/jacuzzi room was far too hot. It was like a sauna in there which made it very hard to breathe. Second, and lastly, the breakfast we were offered was far below what we had expected. We paid $239 for our room and 2 boat tickets to the island. For that amount of money we expected more than a brown paper bag with an apple, a chewy (.50 c) granola bar and a bottle of water. That was just sad and I must believe that such a wonderful hotel would be embarrassed to serve such a “meal”.

Overall it is a lovely hotel. The room was spacious and we loved the sitting area. Only complaint is the bathroom was very dark and the shower was very small and no self to put soap, shampoo, etc. Overall really nice vacation.

Comfortable room, but we would have liked a microwave. We requested a luggage rack and an add an additional chair and never got them. The pool would have been nice to be open in earlier in the morning for us water aerobic fans.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, although a little dated. Would have loved a better coffee pot. When I rented the room I was under the impression that there was a breakfast room but it was closed. That would have been more convenient. Otherwise a great stay.

Room was very clean. Hotel has a beautiful breakfast room on the third floor that wasn’t being used for customers. Instead there was a carry and go bag consisting of a bottle of water, an apple and a tiny granola bar. Seems cheap considering the room prices.

We found the room to be clean and well maintained. The amenities were all you could ask for at a motel/hotel, from the large TV to the hair dryer and ironing board. The room had a nice view, and was reasonably clean and well furnished with towels,etc. However, the lower parts of the furniture and carpet under the furniture was more than a day's dusty. Looked like it hadn't been moved to vacuum in a while. Same for some floor corners in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was nice, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The breakfast provided was really not a breakfast at all and should be improved. We have stayed at other hotels since Co-vid with the same brown sack breakfast that were so much better. We were given a warm bottle of water a very small apple and a granola bar. Other than the breakfast the stay was good.

Friendly, helpful staff. The screen door to the deck was broken at the bottom and the glass door was very difficult to open. There was no shelf in the shower to hold soap or shampoo. The physical climb to the 4th floor was worth the beautiful view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Would return.

The city was clean and beautiful , friendly. Hotel was nice, friendly staff and clean. But hotel ad was very misleading. NO breakfast as listed, not even a snack bar area. Was told upon check in “ grab and go” breakfast from 7am-9am. This was a paper bag with bottle of water, snack size Quaker chewy bar and an apple, very disappointing. Plastic beach chairs also was a bit disappointing.

The hotel staff was very courteous, helpful and energetic. The front desk, hospitality and room services were all outstanding. The staff provided excellent suggestions on booking activities and restaurants. The beach-facing room provided a great view and it was great to relax on the balcony. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Although we did not use it, the pool area looked nice. The mini refrigerator was a little noisy and the back of the inside was iced over so anything placed in the back would eventually freeze. Although I mention it, it really was a minor issue and great for beverages. The only aspect of the room that was dated is the HVAC unit. It is the type that has the controls on the unit with limited settings (no temperature setting). Today, this type of unit is something one would associate with a motel. It was still usable and did not diminish the enjoyment of the stay. Do not let these really minor things mentioned prevent you from choosing this hotel.

We enjoyed our room. It would be nice to have good coffee available in the room (the coffee was rather tasteless...). And our only other comment was that being on the first floor facing the water, there were lots of people parked on the beach right outside our room. Otherwise, we have stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stays.
