Several customers at checkout advised staff of issues with items broke or not working in their rooms. Staff never took note of the problems or the room number. No Breakcast, grab and go bag. The hotel clerk upon arrival abruptly announced that they were not serving breakfast. I believe that there should have been some adjustment credit to our stay for this being the website stated that breakfast was provided.
