Rooms were very clean and right on the water! I travel a lot for work, and it was nice to be in a hotel again that had daily maid service. The grab & go breakfast was nothing special, but it was fine. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I would most definitely stay there again!

The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The hotel was clean and safe, parking was adequate. We were walking distance to the shops and restaurants, yet, not in the busiest part of town (a plus). We would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean. The pool was clean. The to go breakfast is extremely week since we were missing the free buffet and the coupons weren’t that great either. It’s time to reopen your breakfast! The front staff were helpful other then a bad review of the rusted spoke, they kept pushing the Dixie place and talking down the rusted spoke. I tried both and rusted spoke was better by far. Food, Beer, Staff.

I chose the Hamilton Inn Select to stay on my birthday. In looking over the rooms the had available the one I chose was perfect with a balcony facing the lake and a huge Jacuzzi in the room. The room ended up being "roomy", clean, fresh and all the extras like Wi-Fi..cable tv..refrigerator..microwave..coffee maker. There was also a nice shower.

Stay was mostly good. Wifi dident really work. Front desk gave a bad password. The morning breakfast was a bottle of water an apple and a granola bar. Seemed like more of a survival kit than a breakfast. Might want to work on that. For the price of the rooms it would seem like a good breakfast would be there. Make some coffee and a beagel? Donuts..

Everything turned out really well. Staff were very friendly, room was great and cleaned very well. Only downfall was they didn’t offer a very good breakfast and I wish they would have posted that on their site a head of time, but overall very good stay!

We booked a queen lake front room and was given keys to a two bedroom lakefront suite with a jacuzzi. While we were not disappointed at all because we were only charged with the queen room we thought it might be negligence by the front desk on night paying attention and not just a free upgrade. The room had a terrible smell with lots of stains on the sheets. The light in the shower didn’t work. The volume wouldn’t go down in the bathroom tv.

On a hole the hotel was nice but house keeping needs a lesson on how to dust. They had to replace a lamp and when they picked it up the dust was so thick I had thick dust on my hand when I wipe it across the night stand. My husband is tall and he said the top off the wardrobe was thick with dust so he wiped it down. The chairs on the patio where so dirty I went down and got a rag so I could wipe them down so we could sit out there. The desk help was wonderful and very helpfull.

We had a lakefront balcony room but unfortunately, we could not go outside to the balcony to enjoy the view of the lake because there were bugs that come during this time of the year until July I was told and made it impossible to go out to the balcony. Other than that, it was fine.

Stayed in a room on first floor in high traffic area. Doors are definitely not sound proof. The in room Jacuzzi tub was nice though. Close to Ferry for the island.

The hotel room was pretty nice, staff was friendly and helpful, the only issue I had was that the screen in the slider door leading out to the balcony was ripped in multiple spots, and so I wasn't able to have the slider open during vacation, due to the bugs that would've gotten in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a medical problem and had to leave two days earlier than booked for, staff assisted us without any problem at all. The place was very clean and in excellent condition. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I will be going back again and have recommended this establishment to friends.

My wife and I were getting married on the island on the 22nd and stayed a night here until we moved to the island. They were very nice and even upgraded us at no cost to a lakefront when they found out we were getting married! After the wedding we decided to come back for our honeymoon and enjoyed a couple more days.
