The room and the view were outstanding. I booked the room and discounted ferry tickets online and everything was as advertised. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The only negative was the hotel's use of flimsy plastic utensils and star foam plates, bowls and coffee cups at the breakfast bar.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Beautiful clean room. Great view of lake from balcony friendly staff. No need to leave hotel for breakfast. Buffet was nice. Discounted add ons to package was really a good deal. Whole area from downtown to island to across the bridge is just amazing. See u next year for the bridge walk

We were well pleased with our room, especially enjoying the sunrise over the water and the jacuzzi tub. However, the front desk clerks were unfriendly and acted irritated when asked a question (what we needed to do to use the waterpark and why our wifi didn't seem to be working). Was this because it was the end of the season and they were overworked? The same three desk clerks were there all weekend as far as we could tell.

We came for a girls weekend... The hotel is wonderful. Your staff (particularly Terry) was awesome. He made the stay so much more exciting and fun for us with his super fun personality and warming nature. He's an excellent representative for your hotel. The hotel was nice, we had a nice view of the Lake. We stayed for two nights. They did not have to room we originally booked the first night, but they gave us a similar room. Plus we got there kind of late because the weather was bad, and there are no snacks at the hotel. It would be nice if they had a place for snacks and water. The only place open was KFC, which I dont really like. I would've been fine if the hotel had something to snack on until we could eat in the morning. The free breakfast was nice. Overall, it was good. With the one exception of snacks and beverages being offered to purchase at the hotel, especially since we didnt bring any extra to keep at the hotel.

Our stay at the Hamilton Inn was most enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the cleaning personnel very friendly. Our room overlooked the water and each day it was thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast room had a good variety of food and well stocked.

Occupancy at the hotel seemed to be at capacity, but our room was quiet. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony. Our only complaint was the front desk clerk who checked us in. He was condescending almost to the point of being rude, didn't give us any helpful information such as the breakfast hours or the wifi password. This gentleman needs to go to customer college.

We changed our stay to 9/29, and had to change the room type at arrival. The staff were SO accommodating, and loved the rooms we ended up with. We booked for our return trip home and the staff remembered us from the previous one night stay. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and were very accommodating to 2 travel weary travelers. The front desk staff performed as if it was their hotel, and their reputation on the line with their service. His name was Terry, and I'm sorry, I can't remember the young lady's name, but they made the stay.

We were very impressed with our stay. The room was up to date and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of items and if you did not leave full, that was your own fault. We had a lovely view of the lake and there were two chairs to sit and observe. Unfortunately it was a rainy evening. Should we ever return to the area, we would stay again. We have already recommended to friends.
