The bed sheet was tattered at the top, next to my head and arms. The Hotel was great but that tiny detail, one that Management should pick up was irritating. Pieces of string from the sheet twisted around my hands all night! On our way back from breakfast there were 2 times the hallway was almost completely blocked by their carts. They just left their stuff right in the middle of the hall! One of the times was a cart with garbage bags hanging off it and we had to shimmy sideways to get past while rubbing up against the cart. Staff was standing right there and they just continued talking like we weren't even there. They didn't apologize or try to move it. First night we only had (2) hand towels in our room. Desk provided us with (4) bath towels and (2) washcloths. The following day clean staff took (2) bath towels, (2) washcloths and (1) had towel and left nothing new. Not a problem for us we did not complain, we still had (2) bath towels and (1) hand towel.
