However, the air conditioner had black spots on the plastic vent slats (mold, I assume). I went to the front desk to tell about it and a housekeeper was sent within 5-10 minutes. He wiped the vents with a rag but then got some "lysol" spray to spray in the air conditioner and the vents. He wiped the filters with his towel also, although they still needed more cleaning. We were disappointed that the the full breakfast on the upper floor was not available (but we understand why). The grab and go bags were ok - a bottle of juice would have been a plus. A housekeeping staff person knocked on our door at 8:30pm apologizing that she was not able to have our room straighten earlier in the day and would we like her to take care of the room now. We told her no that's ok since we're leaving in the morning. We did notice throughout the day how busy and over worked they seemed to be. The pool was over chlorinated, it bleached our swimsuits. The site bragged a hot breakfast but in reality only offered a grab n go. Of which every single day was an apple, muffin, water, nut bar and either an apple sauce or yogurt. Not the hotels fault but the flies/bugs were running rampant and MANY crept into our room.
