The room was clean and the pool was warm. The hot tub was hot! The pool could use a good scrubbing on the tile. Check in was smooth and easy. There was a mix up regarding the card key and the actual gold key needed to access our suite, but that was quickly forgotten once we actually accessed our room. It was more than we had hoped for. And when we couldn't locate the ceiling fan switch, the front desk staff arrived at our room and located it for us. They were very courteous and helpful.
