Did not have to call desk about anything. The free breakfast was always well stocked and fresh and meal room was kept clean. Very busy when we were there, but the staff kept the tables clean for others. Pool and hot tub very well maintained and towels readily available. Liked having hot water available in the lobby for my nightly tea!! Close to downtown and ferry, so we always walked. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast when trying to provide for a lot of people over the course of several hours. The good thing was you could get breakfast early & not have to wait until restaurants opened. The pool & hot tub area were clean.
