I needed some medicine for my wife and had to drive across the long bridge to seek it only to find the drug store closed. I then went 25 miles south to fine no place open there. Just wished it did'nt rain on the day we went to the island. The room was great! However,we would have rather had a room on one of the upper floors to enjoy the view better. Also, some of the places we wanted to visit were closed due to being late in the season. Maybe next time. We enjoyed the MacKinaw Bridge,especially going over it. What a marvel. Small parking lot made it so you couldn't park near your room. The breakfast was included and adequate. No other meals are available. Room service was very good.
