Woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful when checking in. Room was clean. Water park area was more than I expected and my daughter loved it. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Woman working in there that morning was the sweetest and probably deserves a raise. She was greeting people asking our how we were doing this morning. All breakfast foods were full and she kept checking so she didn’t run out of anything. She was cleaning tables off as soon as someone left. She also was telling people to have a great day when they were leaving. Now keep in mind the room was busy as it was peak breakfast time, yet she still managed to ask how people were and to tell them to have a good day. She was absolutely amazing!! I wish I knew what her name was to give her the recognition she deserves. Arrived at 10 am. Was told check-in was 3, possibly 4!!! Couldn't get in water park til 2!!! Was hoping my daughter would be able to enjoy the water park a lil on Saturday and some more Sunday before we left but we would be heading home by 2 pm!!!
