This hotel is by far the best place I have ever stayed!! I will never stay anywhere else. Pleasant staff, clean lobby and room. Huge room with all the amenities you need. The bed was comfy and I loved the pillows! Beautiful views and spacious balcony! The hotel is so quiet and although my room was outside of the elevator, I didn't hear a thing once I was locked inside my room. I was travelling alone and didn't want a bottom floor. Hotel had no problem in accommodating my request to be on at least the 2nd floor. As a matter of fact, the front desk told me "she didn't blame me" and understood completely and gave me a room on the 3rd floor. The only thing I would point out is to have someone check the beach front in the morning where some ignorant, inconsiderate guests left trash and I saw plastic bags blowing down the beach.These comments are from a verified stay

However, I would recommend some spider spray if you plan on spending any evening time on your balcony. There was an issue with a skylight blind malfunction, but it did not negatively impact our stay. There are some updates required to help keep the beach sand from getting into the room and the doors to the room and bathroom have seemed to warp. This made them hard to open/close at times. A little more attention to detail on the housekeeping end too, as we found remnants of prior visitors food items on the floor when we rearranged the sofa bed.
