Recommend a sign on third floor of where to find breakfast lounge, and also to make professional signs instead of signs made with paper and pen taped to wall like i noticed. Customer service for check in and out was great. However the heater in our room stopped working the second day, maintenence did come and look at it and they were unable to fix it. We were only offered a small oil filed electric heater for supplement heat "To keep our room tolerable"per the front desk. In Mackinaw City in a room on Lake Huron on Dec 31st that is not enough heat. We were rather cold all evening, night and morning while we packed up.
