Beautiful walk-in shower and jet tub were such a bonus to our visit! The bed was very comfortable. I only wish there was more variety in the breakfast rather than just pancakes or waffles and they didn't have any eggs to go with the meat. That would have been much nicer! We missed breakfast as it only went until 9 but there are plenty of places to get breakfast near the hotel. Use the coupons they have at the front desk to make the cost cheaper. I selected the Hamilton Inn for its water view. We were not disappointed. Our room was upgraded at no charge at check in. The view and the little beach were so inviting. We had a fantastic trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. There was not a single thing that I would have changed about our stay at the Hamilton Inn. I think its by far the best hotel on the main drag. Its close to shops and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Even walkable to the Mackinac Island ferry dock.
