In addition to that they included us in a surprise birthday celebration they had planned for one of their own coworkers who had the same birthday as my husband. The view on the lakeside balcony was the most beautiful to relax to. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very close to ferry boarding. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room available but not working which was a real let down but the shower was very nice. No reason not to stay here! Note: The midges people are talking about are everywhere in the city and island. Were not as bad when we were there but still present. The screen door to the balcony was broken and would not slide correctly. The bathroom door stuck closed so we could never shut it all the way.
