Not extremely pleased with front desk when we first arrived. When people travel and have no idea what to expect, answers are helpful. Did not get information regarding ferry and other activities in the area. After the fact found about discounts, etc. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Quiet. No challenges in that area. The grab and go breakfast left something to be desired. One of the reasons we chose the Hamilton was because of the breakfast buffet advertised. We do understand because of the pandemic things changed. However, if that was part of the package price there could be a little more sustenance in the breakfast. A yogurt, a different fruit than an apple every day. Different choices of breakfast bars. Just something different and more appetizing.These comments are from a verified stay

The staff was very friendly and communitive on what to expect. The hotel was very clean and organized. I wish that they had put a footnote on their website about not being able to do their breakfast buffet due to COVID. I was pretty sure it would not be provided and understood why, but I heard others complaining. We were originally put into a room that was not cleaned but they fixed it quickly and efficiently so I will not fault them at all, stuff happens. The next room was clean and amazing, very spacious. Another nice detail was the shower, most hotel showers do not accommodate tall people and these do, I thought I would include this for anyone who may enjoy that. It would have been nice to have a late check out. The overnight staff was stellar! 9/10 would recommend. However the upkeep of the property needs minor attention. I found the lack of, as well as unnecessary added trim work hilarious! Additionally if you could add a owl sound machine to draw out the sound or scare off the seagull’s, I’d give the property 10/10. But since it was me acting like an owl scaring them off you have been demoted one star A. Because my owl sounds are on point B. Because I think I truly did intimidate one into leaving which leaves the rest who were non responsive or deaf birds. C. Best of luck in your endeavor Will be back regardless!
