Nice enough room. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the lake. Nice enough room. Breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast. We had a Jacuzzi in our room. We had a first floor lakefront room with a patio, within 15 feet of the water, watched the sunrise thru dark November clouds. Hotel is on the south end of the main strip in town, would probably be quieter in the busier summer season, but town was very quiet during our stay, lots of seasonal places shuttered for the winter! We like the central location and price. The view is stunning on lake Huron, especially in the early morning sunrise. This is one of our annual color getaways and is always welcome. We request a certain room and usually, we get it and we love it! The rooms are over-sized and cleaned very well. My husband enjoys breakfast in the breakfast room and I enjoy sitting in the breakfast room and relaxing or reading after it closes @ 10 a.m We also enjoy using the exercise room when the weather is too bad to go out.
