My only complaints was our room was right by an elevator and it was very noisy with people going by the room and waiting for the elevator. Even between 1-2am it would get loud with crowds coming back. My other complaint was the breakfast area was not always stocked and people would have to wait for things to be brought out. I believe only one staff was working each time we were there. If maybe 2 staff helped it might have been better. And lastly, why no door tag that allow your staff to know people are in their room and don’t want to be disturbed? We had one of your housekeeping staff knock on our door and before I could walk over to the door they tried to open our door. My only thing is that I wish you the city could put out a notice if your not doing the Friday night fireworks. We kept our 3 year old up till 1015 and he was so disappointed. Then after a long day of walking, we couldn't wake him up Saturday night when you did the fireworks. Put other then that it was a perfect stay in Mackinaw.
