The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and we appreciated that, spending four nights there. We enjoyed the balcony and the views of Lake Huron and Mackinac Island. The hotel seemed very quiet, for the most part, and the mattresses were amazingly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was huge, but, for the most part, it moved quickly and efficiently.
