This is the second time I stayed there, was on motorcycle trips both times.The issue I ran into was that a few of us in our group got checked in and given keys only to find that the rooms were not cleaned yet. I did get a call earlier that day from the front desk asking when our aprroximate arrival time would be and I said between 3:30 and 4:00. We got checked in after waiting about 30 minutes, there were quite a few people checking in at the same time. It seems like there is communication problems between the front desk and the cleaning people preparing the rooms since when I went to my room and it was in the process of being cleaned the housekeeper told me that she did not tell the front desk that the room was clean.Again overall good stay I just think there needs to be a better system in place so guests aren't walking into a dirty room or one that is in the process of being cleaned.These comments are from a verified stay

So, we actually landed a better layout than what we actually booked. We did take advantage of the included breakfast offerings a couple of mornings just to get us the door. You might like it if you are budge minded.(We prefer stronger coffee, healthier and more flavorful options.) The internet was a bit quirky, but we were able to use it most of the time. Housekeeping visited each day of our stay. It has been awhile since decor, lighting, furniture have been updated but everything seemed well taken care of. Mini fridge was in good working order. I wish we had a microwave, as well, though. We were unable to use the balcony/patio due to a large amount of flying insects that lived on the screen and the patio the entire time we were there. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we slept in both days. I do think 7a - 9a is a rather short amount of time for breakfast, though. My largest complaints are there is no set adult time for the pool and hot tub. We never used it because it was swarming with families. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear people's conversations in the hallway and every noise from the neighbors. The bed is very firm but we slept through the night fine.
