We had limited interaction with the staff members but those we did encounter were very friendly. The hot breakfast was good. My only slight criticism would be that it would be nice if the breakfast menu was varied on occasion. They were wonderful getting people checked in. Hotel was kept up nicely, even for winter. Pool was actually warm and hot tub perfect. (I stay in a lot of hotels and never have a warm pool! Especially in winter.) Didn't get to try the breakfast because bridge opened back up the next morning, but we will try it next time, because we will definitely stay again.
