The initial visit, the lady at the desk was very friendly. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the water park and the pool as they were well maintained. It was clean but there were several issues. The screen door was completely ripped open; the coffee maker didn't work at all; and there was NO room service to replace towels until after we left.
