Looked like it was recently renovated, had a huge flat screen tv plus one in the bathroom, all the finishes in the room were higher end, easy check-in & check-out. This 4th floor had only one drawback. The lift ends 3rd floor and we had to take the stairs up. Unfortunately my companion had a back problem and it turned out to be a slight hussle. The only complaint, which I forgot to register, was that the jets in the room hot-tub were not functional. The room was spacious but narrow. Parking was very adequate. The breakfast was very good and run efficiently. I would highly recommend the Hamilton and will stay there again. As a side note, I originally tried to book the Best Western online, mostly because of their national affiliation. Their site indicated a very high rate for the first night and not available for the second night, yet I noticed a vacancy sign for that night when we arrived...either a software glitch or a big cancellation.
