The room and the bathroom was clean. The inn was around the corner from the main street so it wasn't so busy, very relaxed. The staff is trying extra hard to improve the hotel's reputation. While obviously under staffed, everyone made a huge effort to get things done. My room was clean. A friend was in a less clean room, but it was acceptable to her. There were numerous small problems and breakdowns. For example, one day the elevator broke. A tech dealt with it very, very quickly.
