Our second trip to the Hamilton in 4 years. Their service is second to none. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Within in walking distance of most of Mackinaw City. Shuttle service to ferry is great.

Upon check in We were very impressed. I had stayed there before but the 3 others had not. Fifi was very professional and Had actually taken the 2nd room reservation over the phone for me she recalled that and we were upgraded to rooms we enjoyed the fireworks very very much and had not known that was going to happen

Lovely hotel. Most knowledgeable and friendly staff I've ever experienced. Loved the partnership with other hotels for water parks. Breakfast was subpar, but everything else made up for it.

Nice room, but needed some tlc. (Bathroom door didnt shut completely, shower was difficult to turn on, mattress too soft and lumpy). The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the lakeside balcony/porch.

Fifi was extremely helpful and she went above and beyond to make her stay great! Hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was extremely hot and the hot tub could use a little updating. Some of the furniture in the hotel and rooms could be updated as well but overall it is a nice place.

Did not like the 4:00 pm check in. We were with a group and some people could check in and others had to wait. After almost 5 hours of driving it would have been nice to get in our rooms but unfortunately we had to wait and because of activities planned we could not get to our room until like 6:30 ish. The planner of the trip said this must be a current change because it has always been 2 pm before. I don't think this was mentioned when we made our reservations. Otherwise the room was ok, screen in sliding door had a rip and because of the bugs we had to turn on the air. Reception was polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice, they should consider putting the waffle maker and toaster separate from the other items because you have to wait for device to cook item and your kinda in the way of others. All considered I would stay there again.

It was a great stay! Staff was super nice! We had a lake view that was beautiful. Breakfast could have been better but it was free so can't complain. Just wished there was more of a variety. But other than that would come and stay again.

Front desk staff was excellent. Walk out room was perfect. My kids absolutely loved it. View was beautiful. The bathroom was stocked full of multiple towels & cloths which was super convenient. Breakfast also had a great variety, the 1 staff member preparing everything on the days I was there was kind & attentive, also plenty of room to sit. Would definitely visit again!!!

The women that were Jamaican were absolutely delightful. I watched as they tried to accommodate everyone that walked in. Even though the women checking in were rude and impolite, these ladies behind the desk were so patient and kind.. Amazing women. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and plan to return again in the very near future!!!

The hotel staff was outstanding and very responsive to all requests. They were helpful with recommendations for local dining and activities, I would give the staff 5 stars. The hotel itself is in a great location, loved proximity to the shopping, dining, ferry service and being on the water provided amazing views. The amenities in the hotel, with the pool, laundry and vending machines were great. The hotel was clean, however the furnishings and decorations are very dark and outdated. The wall mounted blow dryer in the room was functional, but cracked and extremely dirty.

It was very cozy and comfy. Our room was right next to the doors for outside yet it was never too loud. My one criticism is there were no signs to help guide us to the ice machine. I had to go ask the front desk. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, even with all the midges. I would certainly stay here again.
