Room was fabulous and super clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Building had a place inside to store and lock up bikes which was nice. Indoor pool was a really nice too. Great location for food and shops and the ferry rides to the island. Nice beach area in the back of the hotel and rooms that lookout to the beach. Overall, will stay again next time I come to Mackinaw!!

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy. Loved the lazy river and pool area. We appreciated the buy one get one free buffet coupon for Toast A Go-Go. It was delicious! Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel. One night wasnt enough. Loved the Friday night fireworks!!

Front counter ladys and turndown service ladys are great. Helped my family upgrade our room to a larger room with walkout balcony to beach. Wife and kids enjoyed this upgrade very much. Only downside was kids room didnt have cable box so they could watch tv in the evening.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The staff responded immediately to every need we had. The complimentary breakfast had a small selection, but everything we wanted to do & see was within walking distance, & our lakeside room had the most beautiful view!

We were satisfied. The hall smelled dusty. We would have liked longer breakfast hours. The kids enjoyed the pool. We loved its closeness to the ferry landing. I would stay there again.

The staff is extremely kind and that is the saving grace of this place. I enjoyed them. The breakfast was a bit lack luster, as we went early and many things were ran low and not replenished. The rollaway bed was comfortable, but the cost associated with it was a bit high priced. The room was relatively clean, I did find some garbage by the bed. But I will reiterate that the staff were all really nice!

The ladies that worked the front desk were very friendly. we had a fantastic lake view room. The room was very clean. It would be nice if the coffee machine in the front lobby would be on 24 hours , because its fresh brewed. it was our anniversary I had flowers sent to the room and they did an excellent job, placing the arrangement on the bed. with swans made out of towels.

We visited/stayed at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel from 6/16/23 to 6/18/23. We were greeted upon arrival and helped by front desk staff. Staff was very friendly and explained the rooms, accommodations, restaurant locations, island activities etc.The rooms felt clean and appeared to be clean. Overall, good experience. We will visit again.

The hotel itself is nice. Its inconvenient if you have a room on the 4th floor since the elevator doesnt go to the fourth floor and you have to the stairs to get there. Also their breakfast needs more selection.

Nice hotel & staff are friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints about this motel. The downtown area leaves much to be desired. Theres a handful of unique shops & too many tshirt and fudge shops. And what is up with all these shops closing at 2 pm? So many tourists walking around looking for something to do and theres nothing open along Huron Avenue where the hotels are.

The room was wonderful with a view of Lake Huron. The staff was courteous and professional. It was within walking distance to Shepler's Ferry .I enjoyed my stay very much. My only small complaint would be the Breakfast hours. It was from 7a to 9a. A very short window. I got there at 8a and almost every breakfast item was gone. Went out for breakfast instead.

This property was convenient to the ferry and restaurants. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival and when we had questions. The furnishings were dated but clean and we had no issues with the facility. The whole experience in the area was clouded by the seasonal Midge infestation which plagued the peninsula and Mackinac Island. Of course, this was of no fault of the proprietors. It wouldve been helpful to know. We wouldve delayed our arrival for a couple of weeks.
