Check in was very fast and easy. Locating the room was also very fast and the room was spotless. The only detail I think could have been better was the cleanliness of the balcony. There were spiderwebs and dead flies everywhere. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!

Our overall stay was really good. Some of my only complaints would be that the mattresses were really hard, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Also the pool area was really hot, it felt like I was sitting in a sauna. Otherwise the rooms were nice and clean, and we loved our waterfront view.

The rooms were elegant, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The staff were wonderful. The reservation clerk made an extra effort to give my sister/brother-in-law and me adjoining rooms. It was a convenience to get tickets for the ferry and the trolley tour at the hotel desk. The only thing less than perfect was the breakfast buffet: overcooked eggs and undercooked sausage. And no bacon?!? But overall, I was very happy that I'd booked a room in your hotel, and will certainly stay with you when I came to Mackinaw City again.

Only downside was the hot tub, when the jets where turned on you could hardly breath due to the chemical burn of the nose. We couldn't turn the jets off because it was just a toggle button and had to time its self out. Other than that the accommodations were terrific.
