The ladies at the front desk greeted me when I walked in and gave me directions to a fourth floor room with a wonderful view of Lake Huron. The room was well appointed and very clean. I would recommend Best Western Dockside to others.

The view from the rooms facing the lake are great. The rooms are reasonably priced and definitely worth the price. The hot breakfast was good and the dining area had adequate seating for all. This was my second time staying here and I have no reason to look for different accommodations in the future.

Very nice stay. We stayed two nights over our Anniversary. The employees where all very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in our room. My only complaint would be the small pillows on the bed and it would have been nice of their was a stool for the jacuzzi tub.

Nice hotel. We always stay there when in Mackinaw. Only one area that needs improvment. The sun is blinding in the dining area where the continental breakfast is held. Perhaps some blinds of some sort would make it a bit more comfortable on old eyes.

Convenient , right between the ferry boats going to the island. Our room faced the sandy beach and we sat outside on the porch and listened to the surf. We also got up the next morning and stood out on the porch taking pictures of the sunrise. Beautiful The room was well maintained and updated. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions , sites to see on the island and with recommending an excellent local restaurant.

Good place to stay. Easy check-in, free wi-fi, great variety of cable channels. There was an issue with the tv. Called the front desk and someone came right away to fix the problem. Great location for walking to several stores and restaurants.Nice beach area and view from the room balcony. Only complaint is that the blower for the air made a loud noise every time it shut off.
