Clairon was closed heard story's about this happening, went to the Hamilton and magically they were expecting us, even those we made reservations at the Clairon. Feel sorry for people that don't know the GAME and just leave. The service was outstanding, to bad about the way the owners of these motel conduct business.

The registration desk staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The room with a balcony overlooking the lake was awesome. The reason I gave a good rather than outstanding rating is because my bedspread had a stain on it. I removed the stained cover from the bed because I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. Everything else was fine.

We had a great stay but a few flaws that were taken care of. We got a room on the second floor and the doors were covered in flies so went back to the office and she moved us to the fourth floor. We asked if there was an elevator and she said no, so we walked the steps up to the top floor. No flies and nice room with great view, but on our way down the stairs we see an elevator on the corner of the hallway. Geez we are old people she could of told us there was an elevator or maybe she didn't know. The rooms were clean and nice with great view of the water.

The first room sprung a leak in the curling on the morning after we arrived. The staff was quick to move us to an upgraded room and repaired the leak. They went out of their way to take care of all our needs. They were very friendly and I will stay again.
