Very attractive hotel on the water. The rooms were fine and clean. The mattresses were a little bit strange, like a large foam bed. One queen bed was lower than the other...???? The waterfront was very nice but the internet ad & picture was a bit deceiving as there is no real swimming beach in front of the hotel (hotel next door has one). Nonetheless, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was great! Staff were wonderful! My only complaint is that when you book online it says it includes the waterpark access. When we checked in we were told it had changed and is now $5 for water usage. When we went to the waterpark it was $5 per person. I like things to be transparent, this was not. Other than that all was good.

We had a great view from our room and staff was always very helpful. My only complaints was our room was right by an elevator and it was very noisy with people going by the room and waiting for the elevator. Even between 1-2am it would get loud with crowds coming back. My other complaint was the breakfast area was not always stocked and people would have to wait for things to be brought out. I believe only one staff was working each time we were there. If maybe 2 staff helped it might have been better. And lastly, why no door tag that allow your staff to know people are in their room and don’t want to be disturbed? We had one of your housekeeping staff knock on our door and before I could walk over to the door they tried to open our door. Luckily, we had our bar across so he actually wasn’t able to walk right in.
