The room was beautiful, very clean, sufficient supply of towels, awesome waterfront view from our room's balcony, super breakfast included in price of room, and handled our discounted ferry ticket arrangements when we made our reservations online. Our favorable experience in the past with this Best Western in Mackinaw City is why we chose to stay there again. And we probably will choose this Best Western in the future also.

Rooms were nice, beach was a great place to have family dinner on the picnic tables. Game room was 3-4 games that were very old out dated, but we weren't there to play video games. I would have liked to see a better gym. Breakfast which was something that could have been a big help to saving money was less than stellar. Only options were biscuits and gravy or sausage and eggs. Sausage and eggs were very generic, and not very good. The waffle machines were a good thing but with the other breakfast being so lousy it was hard to get a waffle made. They also then had numerous cold options too. Over all it was a good hotel if you are looking for a hotel. If you get bad weather and can't leave the hotel there isn't much to do.

The rooms were very good, can't really say outstanding, but very good! They were clean, beds were comfortable, washroom was clean although the shower head was stuck on pulsate.The air conditioner was very noisey. The breakfast bar was good, The front desk staff was good, but not very welcoming. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was abundant but fairly average in content. The room was very adequate and comfortable, clean and quiet. We would stay here again. The parking lot was very crowded and finding a place, upon arriving late, was difficult and far from our room. We were greeted warmly.

We had been staying at the Comfort inn or Quality inn , there in town for years but the help there did not freshen the room our last stay , it was dirty and the so called help did not come out to refill the trays at the breakfast room they all stood in the kitchen and was joking and laughfing while people waited for food to be brought out, these people were lazy , and did not want to work , so we decided to stay at the Best western this trip and it was completely differant the room was clean , quiet and we left tips this time , our only complaint was the pool room was all fogged up , the room needed better ventalation , but everything else was just what we exspected ,we wont be going back to the Quality inn again ,

We didn't arrive until 7:30M. We had a courtesy call around 5:00 PM to estimate our arrival time. I thought that was very nice. The breakfast was equally good with many options. Our room was great with a view of lake even though the reservation said an inside room. I had booked 3 rooms for myself, plus my brother and sister. We were all next to each other. Very nice. Would definiately stay at the Best Western again.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, breakfast room very good. Location, very good. Housekeeping staff friendly, front desk professional, but not welcoming (on par with other hotel in town where I have stayed). No supervision in pool area (rules ignored), noisy unruly children without adults (one evening). I would stay there again, no serious complaints.

My stay at Best Western Dockside was very impromptu. Last minute. And the staff was very accommodating. Although I did have to pay a little extra for my stay Saturday night, I cant complain because it was Fathers Day weekend and they were sold out. I definitely plan to stay again in the near future with my daughter for our summer vacation. Thanks. .
