Only thing is the bathroom didn't have shampoo, just conditioner and lotion. No biggie, I could have asked for some but I was in a rush. I loved all of the touches that made it unique - the decor, the access to a jacuzzi, the fun cabins (although we didn't stay in one). Did you find this helpful?|The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, the location was terrific, and the price couldn't be beat. My kids loved the adjacent waterpark/pool included with the room. The staff in the office was nice. The only problem we had was the room wasn’t stocked . We only had 1-wash cloth for 2 days and no coffee creamer or sugar . Did you find this helpful?|I think that with by paying attention to the small details, this can become a stellar property without much expense. Simply checking your stairwells and interior ceiling corners for spider webs, making sure the doors close and lock properly, removing textured ceilings from tub area so that smooth surfaces can be cleaned easier would go a long way to making a stay at this hotel a memory making experience.These comments are from a verified stayDid you find this helpful?|Had a very pleasant stay at the Mackinac Lodge, close to everything in town...will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Mackinaw City.These comments are from a verified stay9 people found this helpful. Did you find this helpful?|We couldn’t find the hotel because they didn’t have a sign that matched the name on my reservation. When I called for help finding it they didn’t mention it. There were a few minor blemishes in our room but we couldn’t believe the price! Well worth It.
