The Super 8 Bridgeview is the only log cabin hotel in Mackinaw City. The Super 8 Bridgeview is conveniently located directly across from 1000 feet of Lake Huron Beach at the base of the Mackinac Bridge. Colonial Fort Michilimackinac and the Mackinac Lighthouse are within 500 feet of the hotel. Walk to the downtown area, enjoy a drink at the historical Dixie Saloon, and enjoy the free nightly laser light show. Shopping and Mackinac Island ferries are within walking distance. The accommodations were great and the pool area/hot tub area was a little cloudy but not too bad. Staff were friendly and courteous . Only complaints we would have (and they aren't much) is have housekeeping make sure a replacement plastic bag is in the ice bucket each day when people stay more than one day and maybe offer a little bit more of a breakfast than oatmeal and granola bars like toast/bagels cereal etc....Other than those small details, we had a wonderful stay there. We will stay again in the future when we visit the Mackinaw area. PS, your coffee is amazing!! Thank you!

Obviously it is end of season so a few things were a little "tired" but we always prefer staying at this hotel. Rick& Ashley make us feel so welcome. If possible, we will always schedule our trips to Canada to make sure we can stay @ Super 8 Bridge viewSusan & David Preston

When we stay in Mackinaw City, it is usually somewhere on S. Huron St. The prices for this weekend were raised in anticipation of increased traffic due to "MINI on the Mack". To save a little money, we chose the Super 8 Bridgeview. Overall, the stay was fine. The Bridge is not really in view as trees now obstruct it. I thought breakfast was included, but this was only granola bars (I don't drink coffee or tea). The room was clean and comfortable.

Initial impression was not a good one. The woman at the desk was very unpleasant at check in. We were early (45 minutes) and her immediate response was very unfriendly and terse. She went through everything quickly as if we were a real problem for her to deal with. We questioned our stay choice at that point but found everyone else on staff to be very kind and pleasant. The room was somewhat tired and in need of updating and a few repairs ( hot water was tepid and ran hot and cold during showers, bathroom floor tile had a lot of grout missing allowing tiles to feel loose under foot). For the price and location it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean and the lady on the desk in the AM tried very hard to get the shuttle to pick us up for the ferry. They were very far behind so she told us where to park for free down by the ferry at Days Inn

Nice, quiet room with northwoodsy vibe. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure for shower, great lounge area to visit with friends or just enjoy some time with a good book. Parking up front is tight but there is easy angle parking in the back. Great location across from Bridge View Park. Highly recommend!

Ive stayed here many times over the years and am never dissatisfied. The employee working the front desk was kind and helpful. We used the coffee room to play a card game and enjoy our evening. I love that we could walk right across the street with our camp chairs and just sit and enjoy the Might Mac.

The first floor by the elevator smelled like Marijuana when we first came in side to to bring up luggage. Pool ladder in deep end is kinda broke. One of the stairs is not secure when you step on it. Please bring back the continental breakfast. The Baymount Whyndam in Mackinaw City has a continental breakfast. Yes....I did enjoy are stay. We had a bridgeview and it was spectacular. Thank you Super 8

Was much better than I thought....The reviews made it sound bad, and the way most hotels in Mackinaw City are, I a gree.But it was clean and taken care of.I'd stay there in the future.But they do need a breakfast..
