Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures online show an eating are with service tables so was disappointed there was no breakfast provided. Other hotels in this price range include breakfast. Room was nice, however the TV did not work in either the bedroom or living room and there were no cords for the in room phone.

We arrived 1.5 hours after the check-in time, and our room wasn't ready. We were initially given a room without a balcony, even though we had paid for one. We waited another 1.5 hours for the balcony room to be cleaned. The staff did their best, but the lake-view balconies are very small. Our friends on the third floor had a fantastic room with three beds (king and two queens). Another couple had two beds, a couch, a separate small room, and two TVs, and their price was lower a lesson learned! So I guess we paid for the view :) The hotel isn't new and needs some repairs. Our bathroom fan made strange noises, balcony handle was broken. Overall, it was okay for us, great for our friends. The water park was great, with towels available, and the kids had fun. The game room is also great. Honestly, it really depends on how particular you are and whether you can make it function for you.

Lights need to be updated. The auxiliary plugs are too loose and some won't charge. No USB plugs. Carpets need a deep cleaning. Beds were super comfortable, which made the stay accommodating.

Room was a trek to get to. Backdoors, elevators, hallways & stairs. You actually required a map. Room door was missing locking hardware. TV was proportionately small for the room and for bedtime viewing. Waterpark was exactly as advertised. No complaints. Arcade has a chill retro vibe. Room was super clean. Updated washroom was perfect. Shower as described by my 7 year old: The shower is the perfect pressure to clean you and relax you. Price point was very attractive. We will return.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Our room was clean, although a little warm. However, the windows opened, and that fixed the temperature issue. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered typical continental fare, but they never ran out of anything. Coffee is available all day long, and they also have various snacks throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Good location, and room was good enough. Beds and pillows are not comfortable, so bring your own pillow. They also never came to replenish supplies the entire 3 days we were there. Eventually I had to go to get more toilet paper. But the price & location is good, compared to many others there.

We had a beautiful view of the lake and we had a full moon the nights we stayed the view was beautiful!!! Does the hotel need updated yes! The tub needs anti slip strips in them or someday someone will fall and you would not want that to happen without them the tub is very slippery!! Just a word of caution. But, totally enjoyed our stay!!

Bathroom door wouldnt shut and we struggled getting the facet and getting hot water. Also dryers and ice machine weren't working Your staff is amazing! They were able to address almost all our issues! Wed definitely stay again with the staff (especially your front desk lady! She was amazing!!)

The hotel did what we needed. Room was clean but quite outdated. Our door appeared to have been kicked in at one point, part of the swing bar lock was broken and there was a large gap at the bottom. The hotel is very choppy, our room was on the 4th floor, the elevator only goes to the 3rd, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Disappointed that there was no breakfast. The waterpark was a hit with our 3 and 5 year old. Sinika (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong) at the front desk was wonderful! Pretty sure she worked every hour for 3 days because she was there each time I went to the front desk. She was extremely helpful, sweet, and everything you would want a hotel employee to be. Lots of bad things in this review but I was happy with a clean room and bed.

There was no elevator to the floor our room was on, which was not indicated when I booked. Ice machines and vending were out of order. Chairs in the room were ripped. Dirty, unused equipment was left on counters in an eating area we had to pass while going to our room. Very disappointing. For the cost, we expected much better.

Staying on the fourth floor was not a good experience. Trying to get to the room was difficult. The room itself was in need of some repair and renovation. The door was missing the safety lock. Kids enjoyed the water park, which was why we chose this hotel, but it was also in need of maintenance and sprucing up.
