We actually moved our stay to The Hamilton Inn. Crown Choice Inn didnt have anyone in their building when we arrived for check in. Sign on door said to go to The Hamilton Inn to check in for Crown Choice, we didnt like that approach to staying at the Crown Choice so we moved to The Hamilton for our stay.

NIcer room than we expected and great off season rate. We live local and stayed mostly for the kids to hit the water park. I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast but oh well, I ended up not having time for it anyways. The room was clean.

Even though we had to check in at Bayview, the check in experience was 100% nicer than previous stays and the walk through the bridge was no inconvenience in comparison or issue to how positive and nice our arrival was compared to the past. The stay is always nice, it was nice to see updating and renovating going on as previously there was some visible mold issues, which is understandable with that much water.Additionally, we had a 2 year old who did not like to be sprayed by water who could not go down the larger slides with us because there was no reliable way to accommodate her not getting absolutely sprayed in face. There were other similar aged kids also deterred by it. This was not the bucket causing issues, we made sure to be mindful of the timing for that and keep them out of its path when it went so they could enjoy watching it still. Maybe having an option to turn off the sprayers or put them on a separate timer than the slides would help during the times it is mostly toddlers playing and exploring.Downside is that the booking site said we still had access to the 3 water parks until I believe it was Oct 18 and Bridgevista or whatever it's name is, was already shut down. Our hopes to maximize our time and tickets were dashed as there was no indicators it was closed until we hauled my excited child to the water park to find it drained.In the future, as a suggestion, make sure that the dates are accurately updated to avoid this. We would have stayed at the Crown Choices park and not made the trip had we known.

We've stayed here several times and it has always been enjoyable. The price is great, especially with access to a waterpark. Super affordable and fun choice for families! My only complaint is that if you're staying above the waterpark there's no elevator to get up there so you have to haul all your stuff up the stairs, which is a bit daunting if you've got lots of stuff to carry.

The room was not clean, heds are horribly uncomfortable and able to feel the springs as you lay down, found dirty disgusting blankets that were supposed to be for the pull out couch, the feel of the room is dingy. We chose this hotel for the water park, which is not advertised as it should be aimed at smaller children under 10. The lady checking us in was all over the place, causing confusion, called us multiple times while we were out with our children about the room and changes she chose to make. Just not an enjoyable stay.

Clean room. My kids 7 and 5 loved the waterpark. Things are dated as you would assume. Dont set expectations high and its a great place and great price. The man at the desk kept getting yelled at by Karens and he stayed professional and just wonderful! He was the best!

The poor front desk person was doing multiple tasks, pulled in many directions yet still managed to provide great service to us. He was the front desk for both hotels - the crown and the bayside.The room was clean. The screen to the balcony could use some repair. The outdoor sign talked about 2017 renovations - maybe this could be updated :-)

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The indoor pool was very cloudy, so we chose not to swim in it. The bathroom tub needs recaulking and exterminating. I saw a couple of ants. Also the balcony only had two chairs. It needed a small table. But overall our stay was relaxing. Had an ample amount of pillows in the bed.

Just wish there was a place to eat on premises and first visit to water park the overhead door was half open and to cold on the water park side to enjoy. On second visit door was closed and kids had a blast
