This place was perfect for our toddler! The room was clean and the water park made our 2 year old so happy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 0 issues with checking in and we were able to find our room easily. The view of the lake was really nice for a 2 queen bed room. Only thing I noticed was the elevator needed to be vacuumed. But other than that this hotel is definitely one of new vacation spots.

The hotel was clean but dated. Beds were very comfortable. We did have to switch rooms during our stay, but the staff was very helpful and took care of our issue immediately. The kids were thrilled with the water park on-site. We were able to visit a sister site to take advantage of their water park. We were disappointed that many of the slides at that location were out of order. I would definitely return at a similar time of year when prices are reasonable.

Nice facility. A bit pricey. Waterpark was a favorite for the kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Could use more drawers or closets in the suites. The rooms were starting to look a little worn in areas (peeling wallpaper, stained grout, dated AC unit) but overall it was okay. The "kitchenette" was the only real issue. The frig needed defrosting so we couldn't use the freezer. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen but just a microwave and frig like any other hotel room. The space would be better used for clothes or a second bath since the suite is meant to house up to 8 people. It made for a traffic jam in the mornings.

Friendly staff that made this stay fun. Room had a Lakeview for some amazing sunrise views. Special day celebration for wife and staff made our stay fantastic. They sold us discounted tickets for island ferry saving us money. Will be back with grand kids to use the water park.

We enjoyed our stay at this inn. Only complaint we had was the stopper in the hot tub did not work so once the tub filled up, it slowly went down. We also did not care for the location of the hot tub being in the front room. Other than that, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

The gentleman behind the desk in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful. My husband wears a brace on his knee and when the gentleman at check in noticed it, he upgraded our room so my husband would not have to deal with stairs and close to parking for no additional fee. The placing of the room was really weird. It was up up the elevator, through a large unused dining room and up another flight of stairs. The room was however clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Pool was too cold to get in :). Close proximity to the ferry was very convenient. Fireworks at night were a nice surprise.

Our room was very clean and nice, the waterpark,pool and hot tub was very nice for the Grandkids who were on Springbreak. Only complaint was outdated menu to Dixie saloon & no kids menus and I feel you need more than one ice machine and vending especially if you stay in Suites on 1st floor. Ashley was amazing Tuesday night when we asked if needed to extend our stay if we could and she said yes to just check back in the morning to make sure if our room was still available. Due to amount of ice accumulations wasn't sure we would leave Wednesday and dhe was so very helpful, we did leave after all but sure appreciated her as well as the young man who got us all checked in Monday night did not get his name but for being so short staffed these two went above and beyond.

The water park was great! They have the largest hot tub I’ve ever seen! And there was a sauna! The room was a little dirt. There was a couple stains on my bedding and the floor wasn’t super well vacuumed. The staff was very helpful and very nice!

The hotel needs a good make over. It was pretty dirty- food splattered on the walls and floor and a dead spider on the floor. However, the gentleman working the front desk was great and the kids enjoyed the water park when it was running. Longer hours would have been nice! They let us have a late check out too which was appreciated.
