The staff was very helpful during the check in process. But the best part was the AWESOME waterpark for the kids. Our boys, ages 13 & 11, were in it from the moment we arrived until bedtime. The breakfast in the AM really started our day out great and was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are recommending it to all our friends. The stay was good except for a couple things. The hallways were too cold and they wanted everyone to be quiet, yet it was a family hotel with a waterpark.
