Our room was nice and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The shower was nice and we had plenty of towels. All the employees that we came into contact with were very nice. The breakfast was good but it was a little bit inconvenient that we had to go to the hotel next door on our second day to have breakfast. Over all, I would say it was a good hotel and we had a nice stay in Mackinaw City. We would stay there again.

It was clean and had a nice view of the Lake but the parking lot for Arnold Lines was in the way of the beach. Close to Arnold Lines so we didn't have far to go to ride to the Island. I would stay their again. Everyone was nice.

Very happy with the room and all the amenities! Had two hard to please teenagers that were delighted with the pool and access to the water slides. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very hardworking, making sure we had what we needed! Enjoyed our stay very much and will be back again.

The Good: Breakfast was great Pool area was very good Room was good The Bad: The beds were supposedly queen beds but in all the years I've been traveling I've never seen such small queen beds. The truth is they were double beds. Everything else was fine

The room was clean. It had wonderful pillows. The staff was very helpful when we didn't have enough soap, shampoo and coffee. We had trouble with a vending machine not delivering our choice and two staff came to our aid right away. The desk clerk gave me coffee at 4am when I wasn't able to make it in the room. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Room was clean but average. No refrigerator or microwave. Pool was closed for cleaning in the middle of the morning when I wanted to use it. Fitness room and beach were not onsite, but they were very adequate.

Our hotel stay was nice. The bed was a little short for my. Boyfriend but he managed. We loved the hotel breakfast! We both love waffles,savage and eggs and we made sure we had it every day. Front desk staff were very nice and polite. A few things I didn't like were : there was no way for us to plug in the wii and play it, the pool was covered yet all the doors stayed open so I would see spiders,mosquitoes and ants in the pool. The main reason for a 4/5 is that whoever cleaned our room threw away our pizza that was still in the box. I would most likely stay here again.

We requested lake view. we were on 1st floor and if you looked around the cars in the parking lot you might have seen some water. The room was clean and very nice. The staff was very pleasant I would recommend it.

It's nice to have the room so close to the parking lot but the bad side of that is there is a lot of noise associated with being right next to the parking lot. The room was a little small but the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. The contenintal breakfast was the best I had on the 6 days I stayed in motels while on vacation. It was a lot more like a buffet style breakfast. It rated up with the $150 a night motels. Front desk staff were great when we checked out. I will recomend this motel to friends traveling to Mackinaw City.

Reasonable prices but needs some repairs and cleaning. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The pool was quite a distance from our room and detached from the main body of the hotel. The weather was on the cool side ( low 60's). Would probably be great for families or occasional travelers but not for people who travel a lot. We belong to Wyndham Rewards program and expected more. The cleaning person did a great job with what they had to work with. The manager needs to get more involved and take a tour of each room with his staff for inspection.
