Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were courteous, the cleaning ladies worked very hard. Thanks for everything. We would love to go back. One minor suggestion - we wish you added a little more variety to your hot breakfast, i.e. make it a little different each day.

We upgraded to a suite upon arrival for an additional $20 and it was well worth it. The room had recently been renovated and it was wonderful. We were on the 1st floor, so we had access to the beach from our room, which was very nice. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

We stayed for 6 nights and it was wonderful each and every day. The beds were comfortable, the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The breakfast bar very good for those not wanting to eat elsewhere. Enjoy watching the Star Line come in and out of their docks. Watching the fireworks on the 4th from our balcony was great. Within walking distance to most of our favorite downtown & Mackinaw Crossing shops and restaurants.

Room was clean and serviced daily with towels, supplies, etc. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very welcoming and available for questions. Maids on the floor were quiet. Air conditioner was quiet and worked perfectly. My only suggestion is to lower the rod in the closet so that it can be easily reached by a woman to hang up clothes.

Rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast bar was clean and well maintained with fresh hot food. The inside pool and beachfront were very clean as well. We hope to come again and will recommend Hamilton Inn Select to anyone we know going to Mackinaw City.

We stayed two nights and great time nice view of lake on second floor with balcony.upon arriving we were offered an upgrade to a double room for only $20 more a night. Well worth it. Service was timely. Clean. Great breakfast bar. Would stay there again.

The accommodations were good. We stayed 3 days. The breakfast in the morning needs to be changed up with something new each day. Having the same choices everyday was very boring. The welcoming staff was super! Ingrid was especially fun. Staff made sure the flowers ordered by my brother were well placed in the room. Room was clean and nice. Downtown access excellent. Water side not worth the added price. Breakfast bar was pretty typical so nothing special there. We would return as the stay was a good experience.

Everything was very nice. Maid service was great. We enjoyed breakfast. One minor problem, our tv got poor reception in room 317. The rest of it was great.
