We did not eat the breakfast, as the dining room was extremely crowded, but the place down the street where we chose to go was instead was a big mistake - eggs and bacon for two for $25. Right next to ferries to Mackinac Island. Great big breakfast in a spacious room. The breakfasts were fantastic and filling!! The gal in the kitchen this weekend was wonderful. She was very busy and still very pleasant. I wish I knew her name. She needs to get a BIG THANK YOU !!! The room was nice. It was a little dusty though...the TV screen,the table. I'm building nearby so I've been a frequent guest this past year. The staff is always welcoming... the parking lot is always cleared of snow and ice...the rooms are comfortable and warm...and the hot breakfast is a welcome sight! WiFi is super and, if you leave your laptop at home, there are computers you can use in the breakfast room.
