The rooms are nice. I would suggest a few renovations on the elevator floor and consider an upgrade to the breakfast to include bacon/ sausage verses the hot lunch meat ham. Front desk was nice but one lady I spoke to over the phone seemed confused on early check in. Overall , great experience ..

The hotel was clean, but extremely noisy. We could hear full conversations in the room next to us until late into the night. Hard to sleep when the talking sounds like it is in the same room. The hallways stunk of weed every time we walked by some rooms.

Very nice and very friendly. Room could have been cleaner. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast, served the same thing everyday. Should have been more options. Overall very happy and we all loved the waterpark ot was a blast. Definitely will be back for sure but not during the closed season.

We were booked T Best Western but they were not able to have it ready .(No pool or hot tub along with no breakfast bar). They called the Hamilton and Michelle took care of us. I would like to give Michelle a great big Thank You .she went above and beyond
