Front desk staff was excellent. Walk out room was perfect. My kids absolutely loved it. View was beautiful. The bathroom was stocked full of multiple towels & cloths which was super convenient. Breakfast also had a great variety, the 1 staff member preparing everything on the days I was there was kind & attentive, also plenty of room to sit. Would definitely visit again!!!

The women that were Jamaican were absolutely delightful. I watched as they tried to accommodate everyone that walked in. Even though the women checking in were rude and impolite, these ladies behind the desk were so patient and kind.. Amazing women. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and plan to return again in the very near future!!!

The hotel staff was outstanding and very responsive to all requests. They were helpful with recommendations for local dining and activities, I would give the staff 5 stars. The hotel itself is in a great location, loved proximity to the shopping, dining, ferry service and being on the water provided amazing views. The amenities in the hotel, with the pool, laundry and vending machines were great. The hotel was clean, however the furnishings and decorations are very dark and outdated. The wall mounted blow dryer in the room was functional, but cracked and extremely dirty.

Location is a plus. Room is good. One of the bed was broken. Breakfast timing are not good when you are on vacation with kids. It should be till 10 AM.

It was very cozy and comfy. Our room was right next to the doors for outside yet it was never too loud. My one criticism is there were no signs to help guide us to the ice machine. I had to go ask the front desk. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, even with all the midges. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and as ALWAYS everything was WONDERFUL!We have been coming here 2 times a yr,since the year they opened....And have ALWAYS been treated kind, and with respect!! BY EVERYONE!! All the staff &the owners when blessed with running into them!! We stayed at the families uncle's Motel, the Queens Motel on our Honeymoon......41 yrs ago!!! And we have never been sorry!! We will continue to stay at the Hamilton Inn Select for as long as the Lord blesses us with the ability to come. We are now 75 yrs old so not sure how long we will be blessed with the health to come. But we love the Lieghio family....EVERY ONEof themAnd it is our opinion that we're it not for them, and their LOVE for Mackinaw Cityand the Island, Mackinaw City would be a ghost town!! We have been coming for over 41yrs, and have seen ONLY IMPROVEMENT after ALL these years.....and much of that improvement is a creditto the Lieghio Family. GOD BLESS THEM EVERY ONE OF THEM!! And I pray for them every day, that God will prosper them and keep them in GOOD HEALTH!

It was very pleasant, the jets on the jacuzzi could have worked better for our tired sore back muscles from a long days drive, but other than that it was a good stay.

The location is very convenient to activities and food. The service staff was most helpful and accommodating. The room was very nice with the exception of the bathroom door as it would not close properly. Overall it is a very nice facility.
