This room right on the beach was just what we needed. Friendly staff. Clean. Plenty of towels and supplies, close to restaurants and the ferry so comfortable without motorcycle. Just awesome. The hot tub in the room was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel. A little frustrating that the bagged breakfast couldn't be alittle more since no buffets. At least fresh coffee and a wrapped muffin or breakfast sandwich would have made this perfect.

We were upgraded because of the number of people. We were allowed to bring our 2 small dogs even though the hotel is not pet friendly. The hotel was very accomodating.

Only bad thing was continental breakfast. Could still try even if your governor sucks. Room was good, my wife and I made breathtaking love on the bed so no complaints there. Bathroom shower needs updating.

The only issue i had was the act-ivies we choose were cancelled due to covid, which I understand however it should be posted on website that activities are cancelled due to covid, so we dont plan on doing these things. I registered for ferry at discounted price, and was expecting to pay 113.00, but because that ferry was cancelled i had to pay 155.00 it was quite a surprise for me, again updated information on the website would be helpful.

Loved having a view of water and being able to hear the waves hitting the rocks. We slept well and enjoyed the idea of a starter breakfast in a bag. Please change your brand of coffee for the rooms. What we had was terrible. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Balcony view was lovely, room was a little dusty however “clean”. Furniture was outdated but served the purpose, spent most of our time walking around the city or the island, bed was comfortable. There is no breakfast included at the time of our stay due to Covid. We opted to not have housekeeping, and they left us fresh towels at our door, without even asking, the staff were great and friendly

Had a 4th floor room facing the bay and had perfect weather to leave patio door open and enjoy the sound of the waves washing up on the beach all night, due to covid restrictions we missed out on the normal breakfast buffet which was really disappointing. Overall room was very clean and stay was enjoyable. Inn was within walking distance of both ferry docks and short walk to the main shopping areas.

I enjoyed my stay. Felt the hotel was clean. Staff was very courteous. Only thing better was if jacuzzi jets would have been working, but I was pleased pool was open and warm. Nice to get in it after long fun days. For the most part guests respected social distancing which made the stay feel safer.

We stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was wonderful, right on the water, & super close to both ferry lines. My only complaint is that check in is after 4pm & check out is by 10am. This is awfully odd timing & we had to request both an early check in & late check out.
