Very comfy beds and pillows which is important to us!! also, we appreciate the microwave and refrig.......many cheaper places do not provide those amenities. we will stay twice more this year at the Hamilton!

The rooms were elegant, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The staff were wonderful. The reservation clerk made an extra effort to give my sister/brother-in-law and me adjoining rooms. It was a convenience to get tickets for the ferry and the trolley tour at the hotel desk. The only thing less than perfect was the breakfast buffet: overcooked eggs and undercooked sausage. And no bacon?!? But overall, I was very happy that I'd booked a room in your hotel, and will certainly stay with you when I came to Mackinaw City again.

Only downside was the hot tub, when the jets where turned on you could hardly breath due to the chemical burn of the nose. We couldn't turn the jets off because it was just a toggle button and had to time its self out. Other than that the accommodations were terrific.

Wonderful view from room.We could see Starline boats coming and going. Clean room.The breakfast was delicious and we had a lot of options.The lady who worked in the breakfast area made sure they did not run low on anything.She also was cleaning tables as much as she could.The front desk clerk was friendly,also.

This was a great place to stay!! We arrived and I asked for a room on a higher floor and they immediately accommodated my request. The breakfast was good, and the view on the lake side was spectacular. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall a great experience.
