We always enjoy our stay at the Ramada. It is convenient for us as we generally use Arnold Transit as our ferry service to the Island. We find the rooms comfortable, spacious and most importantly clean. The staff is also very friendly and professional. The only reason I gave a "good" rating vs. an outstanding is because I feel the breakfast area needs to be a tad bigger for the amount of guests. It is a very tight squeeze and hard to move around when there is a full house. The Ramada Waterfront is always are #1 option when visiting the city.

Our stay at this Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The view was awesome of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. We come to the Bridge area every year and we have found the hotel that is for us. We will return again next year and this is the hotel we will be booking. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our room was clean and neat and didn't smell stale like some motel rooms. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with friendly service. The location was perfect for taking the ferry to Mackinac Island, and the view from our balcony was magnificent.

The room was outstanding. The only reason the overall rating is not outstanding is because the beach needs to be reworked and there needs to be more beach seating. We stayed at the at this hotel for a week in June of 2009 and had a great time, so we came back again for a week this year and had another great week. Thanks.

The location is very good. It is close to the ferry to the Mackinac Island and other facilities. It is also right on the beach. The Lakefront rooms can see sun rise. It also has the basic facilities like swimming pool and whirlpool, internet... Best of all, the price is good. It is the same price as other lower price hotels but it is better in quality.

The service was great -- all employees I came in contact with were polite & helpful. The room itself was very nice. I like that there are lakeFRONT rooms & lakeVIEW rooms -- it's great to have the option of seeing the lake from the balcony while paying less than I would for a lakefront room. The building & room even smelled better than most hotels :-) -- it smelled like carpet powder was used when vacuuming, which is a nice touch. I also stayed at Ramada in June 2009 & as long as things like this keep up, I will continue to stay there every year.
