The staff are so nice, thankful, cheerful and appreciative. We had a few things in the room that needed to be fixed and they came right up and took care of it. Mattresses are brand new and sooo comfortable.

The girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms were normal sized and worked for what we needed. Was disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast (even basic stuff) in the morning when the website said there was. We wanted something quick to grab and go before heading to the island.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were typical Island rooms, small but clean and comfortable. Location is ideal to shopping and restaurant's. If you're looking for glamour and glitz this not your hotel, but if you're looking for Island tradition I would recommend. Not my first stay here and wont be my last.

Nice clean room. But the balcony was loaded with cobwebs and spiders. To the point that my wife wouldn't sit out there. I think that other really picky people would have really raised a stink..... other than that the room was nice and the host was friendly....

The actual room was nice enough and big enough for us. However, disappointed that the exercise room was non existent when you take in account that neither the treadmill nor bike worked. Pool didn’t look inviting so we didn’t use it (could see sediment at bottom) Also, would have been nice to have a heads up about the fireworks at 10 on Tuesday night. And the continental breakfast was just a grab and go with granola bars and apples. :( Front desk staff was pleasant.

Overall it was a good experience. We got the room we reserved. Room was cleaned every day. Room was in good working order. Mattresses were comfortable. The door to our room did not fully open as it would become stuck on the floor. Our screen door had holes in the screen. We could not get either pop machine to work for us. The ventiation system for the indoor pool was not turned on.

Upon arriving the clerk at the desk was very friendly and informative. Our room was newly remodeled and very comfortable and clean. In general the hotel was clean and kept up. It was a perfect place to stay overnight before we headed to the island.

Needs an air freshener or a more fragrant carpet cleaning solution. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was more than just a doughnut and a cup of coffee like you would get at some other hotels. Overall, a satisfactory stay. Would stay there again.
