We were very satisfied with our stay at Best Western Dockside! Beautiful lakeside room. Great breakfast in a nice large room where the staff kept the tables cleaned and ready for the next family. Nice location within walking distance to local shopping. Hopefully next time we will have a longer stay and make use of the pool. I neglected to tell them that I am a rewards member. My fault, but possibly had they asked if I was a member it could have been taken care of at that time. I will definitely return to your location and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Need to freshen up the rooms , before they get beyond acceptable. I've always enjoyed my stay at DOCKSIDE . squeaking floor above me was a little annoying. and dinette chairs a little worn and tattered ,ceilings showing signs of sagging (water damage possible) in need of painting. . . . . . .you asked I told you . . . . still 8 out of 10

My wife and I stayed here memorial weekend, 2018. Room was very nice. Breakfast was very nice as well. Stayed at an alternate hotel in Mackinac city the next night and was disappointed, plus I had to pay $30 more. I will be staying at Best Western if I ever return to mackinaw city.

The room was comfortable, with good beds and nice chairs. We would have liked to have towel racks/rings on either side of the sink, as it was outside the rest of the bathroom and you had to go there to get a towel. The breakfast provided the same items as other Best Westerns, but we didn't feel the quality was as good. The "robust" coffee was not. It is an older hotel with outside corridors, but it is well maintained and we would recommend it to others. Good value for the price.

We stayed in Room 112. Loved the view and the room. We sat on the patio every evening. Everything was clean and everyone was so friendly. My friend did fall going into the room on arrival. The step into the room was difficult for her. She was okay.

Unfortunately due to weather we had to cancel at the last minute. The Staff member on the phone and the Manager were very understanding and waived our cancellation fee. We would book this hotel again for that reason.
